Welcome to the Northern California Contact Center Association
NCCCA is an association for Contact Center professionals.
We are dedicated to providing a forum where learning, development, and networking are highlighted.
Our mission is to listen to our members and to continually enhance the image of the Contact Center business.
Topics such as employee motivation, leadership, technology and how they impact the Contact Center are discussed and debated.
Our meeting formats usually include panel discussions, vendor presentations, Contact Center tours, presentations by Contact Center Managers/Directors and networking events.
Meetings are held in the Sacramento area and typically are a half day in length for your convenience.
