The Northern California Contact Center Association held its 2007 holiday networking meeting at the Sierra 2 Center in Sacramento.
Nearly 40 Contact Center professionals were in attendance representing various public and private companies throughout the region. Attendees were encouraged to donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters’ “Toys for Tots” program.
The meeting started with registration and networking over dinner generously sponsored by Aspect, Interactive Intelligence, NEC, and Performance Technology Partners (PTP).
After an update about the status of the group, all those in attendance proceeded to introduce themselves and describe their area of Contact Center interest to assist in planning for future meetings. This was followed by a group discussion on the events that took place in 2007 and the tentative plans for 2008 meetings.
